Virginia Senate passes Partial Birth Abortion Ban!!! The partial birth abortion ban has been contemplated over on the federal level for quite some time now, repeatedly hindered by the pro-abortion extremists. But now, Virginia is leading the way by passing it's state-level ban, making this barbaric procedure illegal in that state. It's the first time such a ban has been passed into law since the Supreme Court ruled against such a ban federally. The citizens of Virginia have had enough of a wait for a federal ban to be passed, and hopefully citizens and lawmakers of other states will soon decide to follow in passing their own state-level laws. Even though some abortion providers insist that this procedure is performed very rarely, and only in extreme circumstances, the fact that abortion is unregulated (no way to get truthful statistics) shows that this probably is not the case. However, if only one baby is killed by this method, isn't it worth outlawing? Congratulations, Virginia! You can learn more about the partial birth abortion method (very popular method with abortionists terminating pregnancies in the 3rd trimester) in the abortion fact sheet.
