Pro-Abortion People Deny Existence of Post Abortion Stress Syndrome Recently some pro-abortion groups made some openly ridiculous statements relating to Post Abortion Stress Syndrome, or PASS. This is a form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and really any traumatic experience, including going through with a "safe, successful" abortion can trigger this stress response. The article out of Ms. Magazine by fervid pro-abortioners actually completely denied the possibility that abortions can be mental, physical, or emotional health hazzards to women! The article quoted results from experiments and research including numerous examples of some done by abortion clinic owners, abortion providers, and others who would profit from abortions. The authors went on to accuse non-profit, Pro-Life groups who offer post abortion counseling of "inventing" PASS. Accorcing to these pro-abortion people, the Pro-Lifers are to blame for making the poor woman feel guilty and ashamed of her choice to kill her helpless, unborn baby. The authors heartily complained about the "horrible" Pro-Life movement which makes "abortion the only medical procedure that's not OK to talk about." Obviously, since Pro-Life people and groups tell the truth about what goes on during an abortion, women may feel shocked that they were responsible for the torturous death of their babies! So in reality, this article from Ms. Magazine says nothing other than that pro-abortioners lie about the horrific truth of abortion (which is something we always knew anyway). Women
who have suffered abortions are not made to feel gulity!
Pro-Life groups are doing all they can to help bring
healing to these women. If you have had an abortion, you
may very well be suffering from this specialized form of
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and can find help from
many organizations. For more information, click here.
