Born-Alive Infants Protection Act Signed into Law! The signing ceremony for the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act took place on the 5th of August, 2002, in Pittsburgh, PA. This law ensures, like the name suggests, that all infants who are born alive, regardless if they were born alive as a result of an "unsuccessful" abortion attempt or not, now have all the full rights of American Citizens. It is outrageous to think about the widespread practice of killing infants who survive abortions. This law will make that practice illegal. You can read more about it at National Right to Life.
