For Life Update Page
Besides seeing on the main
Students for Life page when something on the site was
updated, you had no way of knowing what's new unless you
go through and check everything! So on this page I will
give the details of what exactly it was that was updated,
and when. Students for Life will be updated frequently,
and we could use some help! So if you see something that
we have overlooked or something you would like to see
redone, you must let us know!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! And good luck to
all the students who are going to be having final exams
soon! Congratulations to all of you who will be
graduating and will no longer be classified as
"students"! I belong in that category :) Some prayer requests were added and
updated, and the Lenten link from http://www.ewtn.org was taken down.

An out of date prayer request was removed. Go ahead and

Let's all pray for Cathy, a teacher, who is having a hard
time with her supervisor. And while we are praying, let's
ask God to help our troops in Iraq! They are passing a
very difficult and dangerous part right now.

News update: the Senate passed the bill to ban partial
birth abortion! YAY! Thanks to everyone who contacted
their Senators! Please will everyone pray for as peaceful
an end to the hostilities in Iraq as possible. Feel like
protesting? Why not fast secretly instead? You'll do a
LOT more that way!!!

Two new articles were added, and Christian Links were updated. A
poll was added!

It is the first day of Lent, Ash Wednesday! Why not take
advantage of this holy season to increase your own
holiness? For ideas and reflections, go here. A prayer intention was added.

The House of Representatives passed the bill to ban human
cloning! Now it is extremely important for us all to
contact our Senators and urge them to do the same. Go here to send them
e-mails and/or letters!!

Two new prayer requests were added. An article about Life
for Children, an organization helping 12 crisis pregnancy
centers, is now available. You can help the organization
earn 2 cents with each internet search you do at www.lifeforchildren.org. This way of
helping CPCs has been added to the list of things we can
do to help stop abortion!

Amber Alert Ticker added to the main page, soon to be
added to additional pages. Please consider displaying an Amber Alert on your website.
It won't help locate abducted children if no one puts it
on their site!

Update page is up and running (obviously :), and S. from
NY shared a story that has been included in the
abortion-related stories page in the Student section.

*We think
the baby should choose whether to live
or die. Until science creates a way to
talk to
a fetus, let's wait until the baby can reason
(about three?), and then ask him if he wants to die.
